Could someone please post a more up-to-date explanation of what’s going on? The link to Branden’s explanation is from April 16th, which was nearly a month ago. And I hope that somewill will mention that Rob’s comment about Branden working on “a stable, high quality implementation of XFree86 4.1 for woody” is a typo. This should have been finished months ago, not to mention *grin* May 1st.

Also, what is the current status of the official KDE maintainer? As I recall, part of his excuse was that he had exams “in two weeks.” Well, it’s been about a month now; has he accepted help from others? What is the more recent news on this front?

Oh, and don’t tell me to go ask on IRC. Given the recent flare-ups in tempers, I don’t want any verbal abuse to what is a legitimate (and politely asked) question.
