btw, this news comes straight of /. and ain't it good stuff to see that we might finally be able to get the entire shebang on one disc, instead of lugging around 3 - 6 cd's plus the lose change..

    nuff love..

While it is pretty convenient, I've got a problem with coughing up $50 for it. I didn't see, however, if any of that is contributed to the project.

I have a DVD-RW, i'm willing to make burns for anyone interested (judgeing i can figure out how), for the cost of the disc plus shipping and handling, plus a little bit for my computer time. All said maybe $15? Anyone interested, contact

How can I make my own woody cd image? I've looked high and low and found the pseudo-image kit, but it seems to only mention the website "" for the .list files. When I go there, there only seem to be lists for potato.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm getting ready to reinstall a box and would like to test out the latest woody bootable cd install, instead of my normal ftp install.

The prise is completely unrealistical. I guess the are burning DVD-Rs each time, which are too expensive media. Better wait until Woody becomes stable, then make a master and go into mass production to keep the costs low.
