Support/celebrate Debian Woody by buying stuff
Contributed by coffeebreaks on Friday, March 01 @ 11:27:11 GMT

    Debian
I wanted to buy one of those nice Debian shirts at ThinkGeek, but they seem to be out of stock. Is there any Debian stuff out there that I could buy in order to support/celebrate Debian woody when it's out?

Joy: there's a list of companies that sell Debian merchandise, see if you can find something useful there.

    What about copyleft.net?

They have a Debian section, although some (at least one item) of their Debian stuff is out of stock.

I am looking for a nice/good laptop backpack ideally with a Debian logo. Anyone seen something like this? When searching I always find the one from SuSE, which looks nice, but who wants to carry SuSE around? 🙂

    bye

    I found two things:

    - I like the blank CDs, but they are too expensives (2$ a piece)

    - I also like the stuff at CafePress, but it it difficult to check the quality (images are small) and nothing is said about giving somethings back to Debian.

So I rather make my own tee-shirt, it will cost me 20$ and send 5 $ to Debian.

BTW: there seems to be a bug in the sumbit comment page where the original text appears two times.

either thinkgeek or copyleft used to carry T-shirts witch read:"Debian, 100% suck free".

I really liked those but they seem to have been discontinued.

Anybody knows if they're still around (or is anybody willing to reintroduce them)?

Don't forget this; it makes an excellent Debian-related gift for Red Hat users. 😛
