    Debian at LinuxExpo 2001
Posted on Saturday, July 07 @ 13:36:29 BST

    Debian
During Wednesday and Thursday, LinuxExpo 2001 took place in Olympia, London. Thanks to a group of dedicated Debian developers, Debian had a significant presence at the .ORG section of the exposition (on the lower floor). There was a truly wonderful atmosphere and the stand proved to be much more than just an 'exhibit': it was a focal point for those who had previously known each other only on the mailing lists, and many users who had brought in laptops were kindly given assistance with long standing problems. Kneecaps has made available some photos of the event and the following visit to the local.

It was buzzing - if Kneecaps had some from day 1

you might have seen me there 🙂 Thanks to all

for a bloody good stand - as ever.

For Brimingham, I'll bring similar kit if required and stay for two days.

Thanks again guys for all the prior organisation.
