    Stormix gone bankrupt

    Stormix the makers of a distro based on Debian have become bankrupt. Lets hope no other companies using Debian go the same route. And of course where does this leave users of Stormix, especially those who rely on their commercial support?

    Icepack looks like it might be a good bet.

    Again it’s got some fancy config utils but it’s not Debian based 🙁 it’s been developed from scratch.

    I can’t comment on how good/bad a distro it is as I’m still waiting for it to arrive in the post. The iso image is quite small, though – about 280 Megs.
